Marker Wall

• For most situations a standard size whiteboard will do the job helping you communicate. Standard Sizes start at 4 feet high by 16 feet wide without seams. 5 foot high by up to 16 feet wide is also available too.
• If you need a hight greater than 5 feet, then a Marker Wall is the way to go.
• Your Marker wall can be built in several styles and many configurations. The methods we use are putting Multiple Porcelain Steel panels side by side vertically to get the overall size needed.
• We recommend Panels constructed with Porcelain Steel writing surface laminated onto 7/16" Particle Board with a .005 moisture barrier backing. the panels are joined with a steel spline joint to provide the smallest possible seam between panels.
• Aluminum "J" Trim is used to support and trim the panels. Top and bottom J Trim screw to wall the panel is made ¾” less than the OA height so you can push it up and drop it in. When it drops in you need a ¼” shim in the bottom so it stays in the top trim.Adhesive is also used to ensure a solid installation.
• Sizes start based on standard panel sizes and then can be customized for your specific application.
